Macy's Holidazzle would not exist without the efforts of the volunteers who help with the production and don the costumes that bring the magic to life. Our costumes and floats are staffed each night by people from our sponsoring companies (see the Calendar for a list of this year's parade sponsors).
If you are not with a sponsoring company but would like to volunteer to be in costume, the best way is to go to the Hyatt Hotel on parade nights, go to the 2nd floor where the Macy's Holidazzle costume check-in is stationed, and sign up to be on the standby list. There is a notebook on the check in desk - no need to stand in line, just fill out your name, gender and indicate adult or child. The list will be filled based on first come, first serve beginning at 5:45pm. This is the best way to get into the parade on a moment's notice!
